Facilities Engineering Assessment Services

Government Services IPT is providing a variety of services for facilities plan maintenance and repair, utility operations and management, condition assessments, planning and real property management, including but not limited to: development of performance-based specifications, construction quality assurance plans, reliability-centered maintenance programs, ISO 9000 documentation, RFPs, technical studies, engineering studies, facility usage studies and analysis, utility privatization and/or cooperative use studies, engineering studies and analysis, as well as the performance of condition assessments, repair and maintenance budgeting and prioritization, commissioning/re-commissioning of facilities.

Tasks include:

• Developing a robust building assessment model integrated with Building Information Management (BIM), which accurately records and stores facility data.
• Evaluating the existing Deferred Maintenance (DM) inspection database. Develop new web-based DM database to centralize data, improve performance and add functionality.
• Develop a brochure for the Engineering Real Property (FERP) Division to explain NASA programs, FERP objectives, achievements and available services, and outline FERP processes and program interface.
