Government Services IPT offers Capital Asset Management services that assist federal and private sector clients to manage, maintain, protect the value and improve performance of their existing real property assets. We provide a reliable understanding of current conditions setting a clear path to sustainment which allows our clients to make informed decisions about their facilities and develop an effective Capital Asset Management Plan.

Our assessment services provide a detailed independent and documented overview of facility and infrastructure conditions in concise reports projecting short and long term prioritized capital needs and budgets. Utilizing our in-house staff of experienced professionals and through detailed asset inventorying and evaluations of mechanical, electrical, architectural and site infrastructure sub-elements, Government Services IPT analyzes system information, compiles the data and develops alternates, leading to a prioritized, multi-year, cost loaded capital asset management plans.

The ultimate goal is to provide our clients with reliable reports to establish informed fiscal management of the physical assets; establish an optimal approach to facilities capital reinvestment; and insure their facilities meet the goals of the organization.
