Susan Ballard Hirsch Participated on Panel on Diversity Teaming Event hosted by SMPS

Washington, DC   —  Susan Ballard Hirsch, ASLA Assoc., ASIS was invited to take part in a panel discussion for Diversity Teaming by the Washington, DC Chapter for Society for Marketing Professional Services. The Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) is a community of marketing and business development professionals working to secure profitable business relationships for their A/E/C companies. The event was held at the Leo A. Daly office located in downtown Washington, DC. The purpose of the event was to feature industry leaders from a diverse group of firms in the Washington, DC Area and to allow attendees to walk away with real tools for developing diverse teaming relationships and understanding government expectations.

Ms. Ballard Hirsch presented a SBA 8(a), woman-owned business perspective on forming teaming relationships with other A/E/C industry firms and solicitating work from Federal Government clients such as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Department of Homeland Security and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
